Six letters S, T, M, P, R and C are written on different faces of a dice. Two positions of this dice are shown in the figures below. Find the letter on the face opposite to M.

Concept: Rule of Common Face

When one face is common in two different positions of a dice (here, the letter T) and it appears on the same face (the top face) in both figures, then the faces on the corresponding positions are opposite to each other.

• The face on the front in the first figure is M.
• The face on the front in the second figure is R.
• Therefore, M is opposite to R.
• Similarly, the face on the right (S) is opposite to the face on the right (P).

पासे का नियम:

जब पासे की दो स्थितियों में एक अक्षर समान हो (यहाँ T) और वह दोनों चित्रों में समान सतह (ऊपरी फलक) पर हो, तो बाकी बची हुई सतहों पर जो अक्षर समान स्थान पर हैं, वे एक-दूसरे के विपरीत होते हैं।

• पहले चित्र में सामने वाले फलक पर M है।
• दूसरे चित्र में सामने वाले फलक पर R है।
• चूंकि दोनों सामने वाले फलक पर हैं, इसलिए M के विपरीत R होगा।
• इसी तरह, S के विपरीत P होगा।
