A small object is placed on the focus on the left side of a convex lens. Where will be the image formed?

Image Formation by a Convex Lens:

• When an object is placed exactly at the principal focus ($F$) of a convex lens, the light rays originating from the object refract through the lens and become parallel to the principal axis.
• Parallel rays technically meet at infinity.
• Since the rays actually pass through the lens to the other side, a real image is formed at infinity on the right side (assuming the object is on the left).
• This image is real, inverted, and highly magnified.

• चूँकि किरणें वास्तव में लेंस से होकर दूसरी ओर जाती हैं, इसलिए प्रतिबिंब दाईं ओर अनंत पर बनता है (यह मानते हुए कि वस्तु बाईं ओर है)।
• यह प्रतिबिंब वास्तविक, उल्टा और बहुत बड़ा (highly magnified) होता है।
